Starting the season off with two second place finishes and after winning your two past events how are you feeling right now? Obviously we're playing our best game at the right time of the year. For us to start on a high note with two seconds we've played okay since then but nothing special and then the last two events we've tried a bunch of different line ups throughout the whole year and finally settled on our top five and to go out and win the past two tournaments with such great fields and such commanding fashion.

The Augusta State cross country team excels on and off the track. The team, who made its first NCAA Championships appearance last season, is to receive an award for volunteer work at Regency Hospice. Leah Layman, the Volunteer Coordinator at Regency Hospice, is organizing a Volunteer Appreciation banquet.

Both men and women tennis players have funny and improbable superstitions before or during their matches. Marina Ferreira, a freshman majoring in business, said that if she played a good match with a certain top or skirt, she must wear the same piece of clothes in her next match.
ASU Softball Player Honored on Senior Day

The Augusta State University softball team took on the Armstrong Atlantic Pirates April 4, where one of the Lady Jags was honored on Senior Day. Angela Francis-Verbeleen took the stage on Senior Day since she was the only senior the team had. There were signs around the outfield fence saying "Angii Day" and "We Love Angii.
