Wash Much? Just a Thought

A public restroom can be a scary place, primarily because people do not treat them like it's their own. Yet, why is it that if restrooms are so germ-infested, do countless people not wash their hands after using the facilities? If you ask me, it's disgusting, not to mention a disservice to the rest of us that actually do care about personal hygiene.
Healthcare Center Needed on Campus

I've been attending Augusta State University for longer than I would like to divulge, and I've never fully understood why we don't have a health clinic. OK, so I know what the arguments are, and once upon a time, those arguments were valid. Yes, we are technically a commuter campus, and yes, the majority of students here actually live in Augusta, and aren't just here for school, so they probably have their own physician.

I have a problem and South Carolina has a solution for it. All over the CSRA (and even Augusta State University), I see an underlying problem. The problem is that people everywhere are using grandma's handicap placard as a way to either park closer to buildings or get better parking spots at major events.
