The most amazing part of the concessions stand was that prices ranged from $1 to $2.50, which you cannot find anywhere cheaper in Augusta.

They had barbeque, club, chicken and pimento cheese sandwiches. I had the Masters club sandwich.

Toward the end of the day, I wanted to see the world-famous clubhouse.

We walked toward it but could not get too close. However, I did manage to see a couple of golfers up close at the driving range as they were preparing to practice on the course. Some of the golfers I saw were Vijay Singh, Stuart Appleby and Fuzzy Zoeller.

Finally, I ventured into the "small" gift shop that was the size of Wal-Mart. As I was trying to get the merchandise I wanted, it was so crowded that I felt like I was on the floor on Wall Street.

I eventually managed to buy two hats, a towel and Masters logo golf balls that were well-worth the price.

All in all, this experience was absolutely worth the wind and cold to attend.

If you ever get the opportunity to go before you kick the bucket, you should do everything in your power to go.

Not only was the course beautiful, but the people were very polite and made you feel like a VIP.

For the next time, I hope to meet Phil Mickelson and get his autograph.
